SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 & free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150. Your items will be dispatched same day for all orders received before 2pm (weekdays only). *During sales this time may be extended. We use Australia Post to ship our orders. Shipping time is dependent on Australia Post’s delivery speed. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Warranty

All goods supplied by MCH Imports are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty. If an item has failed, and you believe it to be a genuine claim for warranty, please contact us immediately. 

Certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer/distributor for a warranty inspection before a course of action can be decided. In some cases, depending on the type of product and the fault at hand, a repair will be made rather than the product being replaced. Please do not assume that your product will be replaced. We will endeavour to return your product as quickly as possible. If there is a delay due to the nature of the repair, or a delay beyond our control, we will inform you and do whatever possible to limit the turnaround time of your product. Please bare in mind that the warranty procedures vary from brand to brand, and from distributor to distributor. Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing be washed prior to returning back to us.

All goods must be returned to the following address: MCH Imports, 73 Levanswell Rd, Moorabbin VIC 3189.

The cost of goods being returned to MCH Imports is the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest using a parcel service that is trackable. MCH Imports will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit.

Sale Items

Orders can be returned for exchange of style. Store credit (gift card for online purchases) will be offered for all refund requests. Our faulty item refund/exchange policy still applies to these items.

Returns

If you would like to return a full-priced item because you have changed your mind or made the wrong choice, we will refund the purchase price as long as you return it to us within 14 days. When you return it, don’t forget to complete a Returns Form and pack it with the item.

Conditions of Return:

  • Items are in original condition
  • Have not been worn, washed, altered or marked in any way
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

MCH Imports reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

We take great care when packing your order to make sure that it arrives in good condition, please do the same for returns. If they aren’t received by us in good condition then we may not be able to process your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will process the refund (credit note for sale items). It may take up to 5 days for the money to be returned to your original form of payment. 

If you want to exchange something (other than sale items) and you don't want to miss out. Please place a new order for your item on our website and return the old item to us for a refund.

If something is not right with your order, please contact us via info@mchimports.com as soon as practicable so we can sort it out. 

If the item returned was sold into a country other than Australia and you paid import duty on it, you will have to apply for a refund yourself (for example, by supplying to your local authority proof of payment of the duty and proof that the item has been returned to us).
